Tips for Using the Apexus App

Do I need login credentials to access the Apexus App?

No. Anyone can download the Apexus App and access HRSA FAQs, 340B compliance tools, Medicaid state profiles, news, and upcoming events. Login credentials are needed only to access the Apexus Education Portal for 340B University OnDemand, 340B University events under “My Events,” and the PVP secure site.

How do I log in to 340B University on the Apexus App?

If you are attending a 340B University In-person event, you can access the Q&A, polling, CE credit information, and download slides through the Apexus App. To access the app:

  1. Download the Apexus app via the Apple or Google Play store.
  2. Click the “My Events” icon at the bottom of the app.
  3. Enter your username and password for the event. This is different from your PVP secure site and Apexus Education portal login.

    Username = The email used to register for the event
    Password = Your last name, starting with a capital letter

    Example:
    Username: emailaddress@organization.com
    Password: Lastname

Can I save my login information in the Apexus App?

Yes. You can save your username and password for the Apexus Education portal, PVP secure site, and 340B University event in the app.

  1. Enter your username and password and press “Login.”
  2. Click “Save New Events Account” on the banner to save your login information to your keychain/keystore and biometric accounts.
  3. Visit “Settings” under the user icon in the top-right corner of the Apexus App to update your credentials and auto-login settings.

How do I access 340B University OnDemand modules on the Apexus App?

  1. Click on the “340B Education” icons.
  2. Select “Education Portal.”
  3. There are two options to access the education portal:
    1. Absorb App: This is a separate app that needs to be downloaded from the app store with a mobile-first user experience.
    2. Apexus App: Users can access the education portal directly in the Apexus app without having to download another app. Note: Limited functionality may be encountered when accessing the portal via this method.
  1. Select your preferred access option and toggle “Remember my preference” on to avoid having to select a preference again. Note: You can clear your education portal preferences within “Settings” under the profile icon.
  2. Enter your username and password for the Apexus Education portal.

    Note: These login credentials are different from the PVP secure site and 340B University event credentials.

How do I download the slides from a 340B University In-person event?

There are two ways to access slide decks from the event through the Apexus App:

  1. Individual session: Go to the “Sessions” icon, click the session, and click the “Download presentation >” link.
  2. Entire day’s slides: Go to the “Presentations” icon and choose “Download presentations >” to access full-size slides or select “Print Presentations >” to access slide handouts.

Tip: Use the “share” icon to print or email slides to yourself for easy viewing on your computer.

How do I submit a question during a 340B University In-person event?

After logging into the event via the “My Events” tab, you can submit a question through the “Ask a Question” icon. Select a session to enter your question. Speakers will address submitted questions throughout the day.

How do I find continuing education credit information for a 340B University In-Person event?

After logging into the event via the “My Events” tab, you can find CE credit information in the “Continuing Education Credit” section.
