How to Apply
Candidate Eligibility: In order to participate in the elective 340B Pharmacy Operations Rotation at Apexus, candidates must be PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership (HSPAL), Community Pharmacy Administration & Leadership (CPAL), or Specialty Pharmacy Administration & Leadership (SPAL) residents at the start of the rotation. Candidates also must submit their applications by April 15 during their PGY1 year. Candidates who submit applications after this date will be considered only if schedule dates remain unfilled. The candidate’s Residency Program Director is responsible for signing the approval form at the time of application.
